We have the power (’cause we’re chicks) to order almost every book title that’s available. So if you’re looking for a title that’s hard to find or out of print, please give us the chance to score it for you.

Here’s how this Special Order thing works…try to stay with us, it’s pretty confusing:

We place regular orders once per week. If we include your order with our regular weekly order there are no additional charges. If you need a title more quickly, we have several “rush” options available. Keep in mind, if you need us to rush an order there will be additional shipping and handling charges. (We will only charge you exactly what we are charged by the distributor/publisher.)

Special orders will usually arrive by:

• Wednesday (If they are available in our distributor’s primary warehouse.)
• Friday (If they are available in our distributor’s secondary warehouse.)
• Next day (If ordered before noon. Additional shipping and handling will apply.)
• Ship to home. (Additional shipping and handling will apply. Price varies depending upon shipment method choosen.)
• As arranged. (For hard-to-find, out of print, or backordered titles.)
