We have two super groovy meeting/class rooms in our store!     The larger of the two can accommodate up to 25 persons and the medium up to 10.

We’ve got our world famous Wild Words Café (try to say that 5 times fast!) so there can be drinks (coffee, tea, beer, wine), yummy munchie stuff and FREE Wireless Internet available to the meet-ees.

But Wild Iris isn’t just another pile of bricks to hold a meeting/class in…NO! Dig this…if your event is open to the general public we can assist in the PROMOTION of said Soiree!

Standard promotion will include:

Calendar listing on website. The Wild Iris site gets at least 5,000 unique hits a month and close to 100,000 page views.

Inclusion in calendars sent to local periodicals and newspapers. We’re in every rag in Alachua County!

Now for the moola part…because we’re all about “Community and Diversity”…and because we’re cool like that…if your group/class meets during business hours, is open to the general public and the meeting/class doesn’t exceed two hours you can use our space FOR FREE. Yup, you read that right…FREE! Bet you’re luvin’ us now, huh?!

The following reservation policies and rental rates apply:

Groups, classes or  Seminars meeting during regular store hours

• Up to 2 hours in length
• Open to general public at no charge.
• FREE…there’s that word again…

Groups, classes or Seminars meeting outside of regular store hours, longer than 2 hours or charging fees

• $50 for first 2 hours + $25 for each additional hour
• or 30% of paid registration fees (whichever is higher)
